Hansab Group has acquired a majority stake in the Estonian IT infrastructure and cybersecurity company Replicant IT. The transaction marks Hansab Group’s strategic entry into the IT infrastructure technology and services business and gives Replicant IT significantly greater capability to bring European technology-based solutions to customers in the Baltics and Finland.

The European School is an international school located in the heart of Tallinn, with approximately 500 students. Having recently undergone renovation, the school aims to provide its students with the best and most modern learning environment.

On March 10, Hansab Estonia hosted a seminar “360° Retail Solutions 2026”, bringing together 160 retail professionals, partners, and industry experts to discuss the most relevant topics in retail and practical solutions shaping the sector.

As of early 2026, Hansab has become a member of the Estonian Traders Association. The purpose of joining is to contribute to the Association’s activities and to support the development of a modern and convenient retail environment in Estonia.
