Apollo Cinema, which opened its first cinema in 2014, is the largest Estonian cinema operator with eight centres and 31 auditoriums, offering the highest quality cinema experience in Estonia. This year Apollo Kino expanded into Latvia and Lithuania.

For more convenient and faster customer experience, information kiosks with self-service payment solutions were installed into its customer service areas. Apollo wanted to ensure that all of their customers could benefit from this kiosk service, therefore it was important that visitors had the choice to pay for their tickets, drinks and snacks using either a bank card or cash. To deliver this flexibility for customers Hansab installed Glory CashInfinity modules into the kiosks that efficiently and securely accepts and returns notes and coins.

Entry to the cinema auditoriums area is via automatic access gates. Cominfo’s smart access gates detect visitors’ entry and the QR-code reader identifies the code on the ticket, which makes entry safe and fast.
