Self-Service Payment Stations at KFC Restaurants

Category

Retail

KFC is a global brand best known for its legendary delicious fried chicken. In Estonia, KFC restaurants also stand out by providing innovative self-service solutions.

In KFC restaurants, ordering and payments have moved away from the food counter to a dedicated customer self-service area. Here, the customers have the time and space to browse through the menu independently without waiting in a queue.

In some KFC restaurants, customers also have the option to pay in cash, ensuring they have the opportunity and choice to pay in the most suitable way.

To enable cash payments, Hansab installed Glory CI-15 Hybrid self-payment stations. These devices accept both notes and coins and return change.

Self-service payment technology allows staff to concentrate on their core task of producing food quickly and in high quality. In this way, they can deliver a better customer experience in the restaurant.
