Due to an increasing demand in offices, Ülemiste City needed more spaces to park vehicles. Because the space was limited, the developer of the business campuses decided to build a parking house both for lessees and the visitors.
Hansab equipped the parking house with the AMANO Xparc system, which allows access to the parking lot with parking ticket or pass card. The pass card is used by lessees, the ticket – for the visitors.
In addition to the traditional parking solutions, the building is now equipped with the terminals at the entrance that allow or prohibit access to the building with valid parking ticket or a pass card. This system has never been used in Estonia before.
