Electronic shelf labels and other solutions in the Euronics design store

Category

Retail

Last year, Hansab helped equip Euronics new design store in the shopping mall Spice Home in Latvia with electronic shelf labels and security solutions such as emergency alert system and video surveillance.

Improved customer experience

This Euronics store concept is designed to enhance the customer experience. However, in order for both parties – the company and the visitors – to get the maximum benefit, retail technology has a vital importance.

High efficiency

Electronic shelf labels (ESL) are a digital analogue of conventional paper price tags, which make everyday life easier for employees and improve store process efficiency.

Dmitrijs Dzenis, Head of SIA Euronics Latvia, mentions that “nowadays, the introduction of electronic shelf labels is becoming a necessity. The price of the product is communicated to customers accurately, quickly, clearly and any changes can be made remotely.”

Safe product demonstration

“Many customers still want to see the product in person before buying it. Because often not only the technical specification or parameters of the product are important, but also the feeling – will the item be right for the buyer,” says Dmitrijs Dzenis. Installed security systems provide an opportunity to display goods to customers more openly and more accessible than before.

Dmitrijs Dzenis continues: “When choosing security solutions, the experience and knowledge of our cooperation partners in the industry is important to us. We gladly choose to cooperate with those with whom we have had successful cooperation in the past.

Hansab is one of the market leaders in the retail IT solutions sector and understands our needs.”
