Last spring, the glass-processing plant Groglass in Latvia was looking for a more efficient and transparent way to manage their meeting rooms. Knowing how important having the right system for any office is, Hansab offered a room management solution developed in-house – Apear. In total, five meeting rooms were equipped with Apear.
Why was Apear chosen?
One of the main advantages of Apear is its high flexibility, it can be adapted to different customer preferences and applications. It also lets you book your desired room both remotely by using Outlook or another convenient e-mail management tool, and directly from the touch screen attached to the room. Thanks to the appealing and simple design Apear can fit in with the look and feel of any office, and the customizable screen and LEDs indicate the status and availability of each room from a distance.
