To improve and facilitate communication between employees in the factory, “PakMarkas” was looking for someone who could offer the best option. “Hansab” offered the company to test Vocovo’s DECT communication solutions, which were implemented in production after the trial period. The solution consists of communication bases, wireless headphones, and headphone charging equipment. “We always try to discover and offer our customers the best and most beneficial solutions,” said Mantas Budraitis, Hansab’s Sales Project Manager.

“Vocovo” is a globally recognized provider of innovative communication solutions. Using this solution is simple and requires no special training: just press a button on the headset and talk to other team members.

“The requirement for remote communication arose during the Lean project to increase production efficiency. After performing the initial analysis, we saw that we are wasting a lot of time when employees are looking for or waiting for each other, as a result of which the work of the equipment suffered, ” said Deividas Akelis, the process manager of “PakMarkas” responsible for Lean application.

The installation of “Vocovo” equipment was quick and successful, and the company’s employees themselves embraced the innovation. This communication solution improves the communication efficiency of employees as there are no need phones or other communication devices. Also, employees can be known or given more detailed information to colleagues.

“After installing remote communication equipment, we save time, the employee no longer has to physically go somewhere. The information which is needed can be transfer to another person without leaving their place of work. Development of the wheels of headphone use by connecting production foremen, support staff, and warehouse workers, ” adds Mr. Akelis.
